   I got my Koi tattoo as a ‘tribute’ to my cliff jumping accident. The Japanese Koi symbolizes strength and perseverance. The black water the Koi is thrashing in symbolizes death and my struggle during my 6 months of recovery after my accident. Watch my ‘Back Breaker’ video for more details on my accident during which I broke by L2 & L3 vertebra and shattered my right and broke my left heel.
