How much do tattoos actually cost? is their a standard price?
I want to get a black dragon tribal tattoo on my arm. From the shoulder to the elbow and make it wraped\d around. How much do you think it will cost for that? Also how much do tattoos cost? is their a set price already or do they charge per hour?

There really is no set price. You can expect to pay any where from $65 to $120 an hour, if charged by the hour. You piece will be a quoted price because of the size.
